New Tech Support Policies

Ann Arbor Digital Devices is under new ownership please note the following:

General forum documentation (pdfs, help docs, images, etc) is FREE.

General email support including but not limited to generalized questions, software unlocks, software download requests, are FREE

Tech Support over the phone will require a Credit Card at the beginning of the call and will cost a minimum of $125.00.

Remote Support (via goto meeting or other service) and/or LIMITED IT SUPPORT (Computer or Hardware issues not caused or related to A2D2 software) will be assessed on a per case basis. (Typically $75)
(Please note communication will be done through the GoTo Meeting chat or similar process.)
